  Stayed in cabin 10. 1 bedroom w/2 queen beds. Nice, clean... just need it to sleep, shower & make your meals. We loved the proximity to water, movie night outside for kids. BBQ pit, really all you need to make good memories w/family & friends. Will definitely stay again!

  Our stay was wonderful! The cabin we were in faced the river and it was only a walk away. The cabin itself was very well kept and clean. We were able to float the river and get out right at the resort. We will definitely be coming back!

  Our cabin was really nice, clean, and completely equipped except for groceries. The picnic table on the porch was a great idea. Sitting at the table with your morning drink was awesome. You can see the river and if you are lucky a deer or two. It was a very nice stay.

  The experience was 95% excellent. The only drawback was due to our late check-in. We called ahead and they (properly) left us an envelope with our room documents, but they forgot to include a key or a map to our cabin. We ended up finding an employee (sleeping, at their own cabin) who helped us.
  
  Otherwise, a great experience. Cabin was clean, nice location, convenient general store. Cabin is no-frills but that's okay.

  We made a mistake of letting someone handle out living arrangements for spring break and it fell through. We pulled into Frio Country as a walk in and we're welcomed by very friendly staff and they got a nice cabin right by the river. It's a beautiful property and we ended up making good friends the people in the cabin beside us and overall had a great spring break!! We will definitely be back and bring a big group with us.

  We had a great time, and thoroughly enjoyed the quiet, the river, and all animal life. We did not mind the rainy weather. The only thing we noticed was a sewer smell coming out of the bathroom sink and tub drain at night when in use. You might want to check it out.Thank you.
